Final rule and guidance; correction.
**SUMMARY:**
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a final rule that was published in the *Federal Register* on March 14, 2023, regarding its regulations to implement its authority under Section 161A of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended. This action is necessary to correct an amendatory instruction, update the section-by-section analysis, and correct a grammatical error.
