This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the Commonwealth of KENTUCKY (FEMA-4711-DR), dated 05/09/2023.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

*Incident Period:* 02/15/2023 through 02/20/2023.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 07/10/2023.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 02/09/2024.
