**SUMMARY:**
The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will hold a public webinar meeting.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will meet via webinar, jointly with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Technical Committee. The purpose of this meeting is to continue discussions on the use of the Recreational Demand Model in projecting recreational harvest and setting future recreational management measures for these three species. An additional Monitoring and Technical Committee meeting will be held in November 2023 to discuss specific recommendations for 2024-2025 recreational measures for summer flounder and scup and 2024 measures for black sea bass.
