**SUMMARY:**

The North Pacific Fishery Management Council (Council) Charter Halibut Management Committee will meet via web conference.

**DATES:**

The meeting will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., Alaska time.

**Friday, October 20, 2023**

The Charter Halibut Management Committee will meet to make recommendations on management measures to analyze for the 2024 season. The Alaska Department of Fish and Game (ADF&G) will go over the final numbers for 2022 and preliminary harvest and effort numbers for 2023. Then the committee will discuss development of the 2024 management measures for analysis. Additional topics for consideration include: a draft terms of reference, a discussion of the December timeline, unguided rental boats and any other business.
