Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission (“Commission”) is correcting two typos in its confidential Opinion of September 14, 2023, in the above-captioned investigation.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
On page 40, line 2 and page 43, line 13 of its confidential Opinion, the Commission replaces “Amoji” with “La Modish” for La Modish Boutique of West Covina, California, one of four respondents previously found to be in default. *See* Order No. 58 (May 20, 2022), *unreviewed by* Comm'n Notice (June 10, 2022).
The authority for the Commission's determination is contained in section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1337), and in part 210 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (19 CFR part 210).
