**AGENCY:**

**ACTION:**

Final rule; technical amendment.

**SUMMARY:**

DoD is amending the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to make needed editorial changes.

**DATES:**

Effective February 15, 2024.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

This final rule amends the DFARS to make needed editorial changes to add a pointer to DFARS Procedures, Guidance, and Information.

(6) When the Governmentwide commercial purchase card is used as a method of payment for contracts or orders, follow the procedures at 232.7002(a)(5) and PGI 242.302(a)(13)(B)( *3* ).
