This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Oregon (FEMA-4768-DR), dated 04/13/2024.

*Incident:* Severe Winter Storms, Straight-line Winds, Landslides, and Mudslides.

*Incident Period:* 01/10/2024 through 01/22/2024.

Issued on 05/23/2024.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 06/12/2024.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 01/13/2025.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Oregon, dated 04/13/2024, is hereby amended to include the following area as adversely affected by the disaster.
