**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of WEST VIRGINIA (FEMA-4787-DR), dated 07/03/2024.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.

*Incident Period:* 04/11/2024 through 04/12/2024.

**DATES:**

Issued on 08/16/2024.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* 09/03/2024.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* 04/03/2025.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of WEST VIRGINIA, dated 07/03/2024, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

*Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans):* Boone.

*Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):* West Virginia: Logan, Wyoming.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
