**Background**
On October 15, 2024, the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) erroneously published a duplicate *Federal Register* notice titled *Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells, Whether or Not Assembled into Modules, from Malaysia: Preliminary Affirmative Countervailing Duty Determination and Alignment of Final Determination with Final Antidumping Duty Determination.* Commerce is withdrawing the above-mentioned notice, *Federal Register* Doc. 2024-23678.
**Notification to Interested Parties**
This notice is issued and published pursuant to section 703(f) and 777(i) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, and 19 CFR 351.205(c).
