#  Presidential Declaration Amendment of a Major Disaster for the Havasupai Tribe

**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the Havasupai Tribe (FEMA-4840-DR), dated October 25, 2024.

*Incident:* Flooding.

**DATES:**

Issued on December 3, 2024.

*Incident Period:* August 22, 2024 through August 23, 2024.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* January 17, 2025.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* July 25, 2025.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the Havasupai Tribe, dated October 25, 2024, is hereby  amended to extend the deadline for filing applications for physical damages as a result of this disaster to January 17, 2025.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
