**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish Monitoring Committee will meet via webinar on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. The purpose of this meeting is for the Monitoring Committee to develop recommendations regarding the framework adjustment action to modify spiny dogfish fishery accountability measures, including catch overage paybacks.
