**SUMMARY:**
The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish Advisory Panel will hold two public meetings.
**DATES:**
The meetings will be held on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, one from 2:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m. and another from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. For agenda details, see *SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION* .

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**
The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Spiny Dogfish Advisory Panel (AP) will meet twice via webinar on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, once from 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. and again from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. The AP is meeting twice to maximize participation. The purpose of this meeting is for the AP to provide advice regarding the framework adjustment action to modify spiny dogfish fishery accountability measures, including catch overage paybacks.
