**SUMMARY:**

This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of New Mexico (FEMA-4886-DR) dated July 22, 2025.

*Incident:* Severe Storms, Flooding and Landslides.

**DATES:**

Issued on August 16, 2025.

*Incident Period:* June 23, 2025 and continuing.

*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* September 22, 2025.

*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* April 22, 2026.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for the State of NEW MEXICO, dated July 22, 2025, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:

*Primary Counties (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans):* Doña Ana.

*Contiguous Counties (Economic Injury Loans Only):*

New Mexico: Luna.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
