This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Missouri (FEMA-4872-DR), dated October 22, 2025.
*Incident:* Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, and Flooding.

Issued on October 22, 2025.
*Incident Period:* March 30, 2025 through April 8, 2025.
*Physical Loan Application Deadline Date:* December 22, 2025.
*Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date:* July, 22, 2026.

Notice is hereby given as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on October 22, 2025, applications for disaster loans may be submitted online using the MySBA Loan Portal *https://lending.sba.gov* or other locally announced locations. The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:
