**SUMMARY:**

This is to notify the public that pursuant to the preliminary order issued on March 16, 2026, in American Academy of Pediatrics et al. v. Kennedy et al., No. 1:25-cv-11916 (D. Mass.), the ACIP meeting previously scheduled for March 18-19, 2026, has been stayed until further notice.

**SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:**

Notice is hereby given of a change in the meeting of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices; March 18, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., EST, and March 19, 2026, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., EST, in the original *Federal Register* notice.

The meeting notice was published in the *Federal Register* on February 26, 2026, 91 FR 9617 and 9618.

The Director, Office of Strategic Business Initiatives, Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has been delegated the authority to sign *Federal Register* notices pertaining to announcements of meetings and other committee management activities, for both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry.
