**AGENCY:**
Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
**ACTION:**
Proposed rule.
**SUMMARY:**
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Missouri State Implementation Plan (SIP) revisions submitted on November 10, 2020, by the Missouri Department of Natural Resources (MoDNR). This proposed action will amend the SIP to address administrative changes to the State rule in the Missouri Code of State Regulations (CSR). Revisions include removal of references to a revoked state regulation and other minor administrative changes. The EPA is proposing to approve these changes because they are consistent with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and applicable EPA regulations. In the “Rules and Regulations” section of this *Federal Register* , we are approving the State's SIP revisions as a direct final rule without a prior proposed rule. If we receive no adverse comment, we will not take further action on this proposed rule.
