# § 179v. Authorization of appropriations

October 11, 1996*l*

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Librarian for the first fiscal year beginning on or after , and each succeeding fiscal year through fiscal year 2026 such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of sections 179 to 179w of this title, but in no fiscal year shall such sum exceed $250,000.
