# § 938. Determinations and points of order

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting the authority of the chairmen of the Committees on the Budget of the House and Senate under . CBO may consult with the Chairmen of the House and Senate Budget Committees to resolve any ambiguities in this chapter.
