# § 256. Sense of Congress regarding construction of fencing near San Diego, California

8 U.S.C. 1103

It is the sense of the Congress that completing the 14-mile border fence project required to be carried out under section 102(b) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996 ( note) should be a priority for the Secretary.
