# § 590. Definitions

In this subchapter:

**(1)** **Assistant Secretary** The term “Assistant Secretary” means the Assistant Secretary for the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office.

**(2)** **Intelligence community** section 3003(4) of title 50
