# § 925. Border Patrol unit for United States Virgin Islands
**(a)** **In general** The Secretary may establish at least 1 Border Patrol unit for the United States Virgin Islands.
**(b)** **Report** October 13, 2006
Not later than 180 days after , the Secretary shall submit a report to the appropriate congressional committees that includes the schedule, if any, for carrying out subsection (a).
