# § 1153. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Transportation to carry out section 1165 of this title—

**(1)** $38,000,000 for fiscal year 2008;

**(2)** $40,000,000 for fiscal year 2009;

**(3)** $55,000,000 for fiscal year 2010; and

**(4)** $70,000,000 for fiscal year 2011.
