# § 7994. Study

**(1)** **In general** 7 U.S.C. 1311

The Secretary shall conduct a study on the effects on the limitation on producers to move quota to a farm other than the farm to which the quota was initially assigned under part I of subtitle B of title III of the Agricultural Adjustment Act of 1938 ( et seq.).

**(2)** **Report** May 13, 2002

Not later than 90 days after , the Secretary shall submit to the Committee on Agriculture of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry of the Senate a report on the results of the study.
