# § 390c. Applicability of chapter 10 of title 5

7 U.S.C. 2281

Chapter 10 of title 5 and title XVIII of the Food and Agriculture Act of 1977 ( et seq.) shall not apply to a panel or board created solely for the purpose of reviewing applications or proposals submitted under this subchapter.
