# 1 Publicly operated community health centers

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the provisions of subsections (f) and (i)  of  and , concerning private, nonprofit drug addiction or alcohol treatment and rehabilitation programs, shall henceforth also be applicable to publicly operated community health centers.
