# § 2136. Registration of research facilities, handlers, carriers and unlicensed exhibitors

section 2133 of this title

Every research facility, every intermediate handler, every carrier, and every exhibitor not licensed under  shall register with the Secretary in accordance with such rules and regulations as he may prescribe.
