# § 2225b. Personal service contracts for veterinarians
October 28, 1991
On and after , provisions of law prohibiting or restricting personal services contracts shall not apply to veterinarians employed by the Department to take animal blood samples, test and vaccinate animals, and perform branding and tagging activities on a fee-for-service basis.
