# § 4406. Authorization of appropriations

October 1, 1982

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Agriculture for the fiscal year beginning , and for each fiscal year thereafter, such sums as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter, but not to exceed $100,000 in any fiscal year.
