# § 299. Repealed. Dec. 17, 1943, ch. 344, § 1, 57 Stat. 600
Section, , , provided for delivery by the marshal, of all Chinese persons ordered deported under judicial writs, into the custody of any officer designated for that purpose, for conveyance to the frontier or seaboard for deportation.
