# § 1773. Statutory construction

section 4502 of title 19section 1182(d)(4)(B) of this title

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to impose requirements that are inconsistent with the USMCA (as defined in ) or to require additional documents for aliens for whom documentary requirements are waived under .
