# § 9525. Minimizing disruptions to existing MBDA Business Center program

November 15, 2021

The Under Secretary shall ensure that each Federal assistance award made under the Business Centers program of the Agency, as is in effect on the day before , is carried out in a manner that, to the greatest extent practicable, prevents disruption of any activity carried out under that award.
