# § 5411b. Applicability

The requirements of this chapter shall be applicable only to fasteners fabricated 180 days or more after , except that if a manufacturer or distributor of fasteners fabricated before , prepares a record of conformance for such fasteners, representations about such fasteners shall be subject to the requirements of this chapter.
