# § 407b. Applicability of Federal Power Act

16 U.S.C. 791asection 407 of this title

The provisions of the Federal Power Act [ et seq.] shall not apply to or extend over the land by  or hereafter reserved and dedicated as the Carlsbad Caverns National Park.
