# § 460hhh. Definitions

As used in this subchapter:

**(1)** **National Forest lands** section 1609(a) of this title

The term “National Forest lands” means lands included in the National Forest System (as defined in ).

**(2)** **Recreation Area** The term “Recreation Area” means the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area established by this subchapter.

**(3)** **Secretary** The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture.
