(b)(5), which related to status of State historic preservation programs in effect under prior authority, was repealed as obsolete. Provisions of remainder of section were repealed and restated in numerous sections in division A (§ 300101 et seq.) of subtitle III of Title 54, National Park Service and Related Programs.
