# § 823. Repeal of inconsistent laws

*Provided*December 19, 1913

All Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with this chapter are repealed: , That nothing contained herein shall be held or construed to modify or repeal any of the provisions of the Act of Congress approved , granting certain rights-of-way to the city and county of San Francisco, in the State of California.
