# § 973a. Application to other laws

section 1825(a)(4)(C) of this titlesection 1972 of title 22

The seizure by a Pacific Island Party of a vessel of the United States shall not be determined to be a seizure described in  or  if the seizure is found by the Secretary of State to be in accordance with the provisions of the Treaty.
