# § 1423h. Authorization of appropriations

**(a)** **In general** There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the functions and responsibilities of the Secretary under this subchapter and the Agreement $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010.

There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out functions and responsibilities of the United States Section  $150,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010.

So in original. Probably should not be capitalized.

**(c)** **Alaskan cooperative management program** There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out this subchapter and the Agreement in Alaska $150,000 for each of fiscal years 2006 through 2010.
