Section, , , , related to damage to natural and historical landmarks and procedures for determination and enforcement of abatement of damaging activities. Subsec. (a) was repealed and restated in , National Park Service and Related Programs. Subsec. (b), which required a report on the effect of surface mining activities on natural and historical landmarks and had been omitted from the Code, was repealed as obsolete.
