# § 3214. Alaska gas pipeline

Public Law 94–58690 Stat. 290315 U.S.C. 719

Nothing in this Act shall be construed as imposing any additional requirements in connection with the construction and operation of the transportation system designated by the President and approved by the Congress pursuant to the Alaska Natural Gas Transportation Act of 1976 (; ) [ et seq.], or as imposing any limitations upon the authority of the Secretary concerning such system.
