# § 6707. Authorization of appropriations

**(a)** **In general** There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $15,000,000 for each fiscal year.

**(b)** **Limitation** No funds made available under subsection (a) shall be used to pay the costs of constructing any facilities.
