# § 7128. Termination of authority

**(a)** **In general** September 30, 2028

The authority to initiate projects under this subchapter shall terminate on .

**(b)** **Deposits in Treasury** September 30, 2029

Any project funds not obligated by , shall be deposited in the Treasury of the United States.
