# § 3736. Donation of air traffic control equipment to eligible sub-Saharan African countries
section 3703 of this title
It is the sense of the Congress that, to the extent appropriate, the United States Government should make every effort to donate to governments of sub-Saharan African countries determined to be eligible under air traffic control equipment that is no longer in use, including appropriate related reimbursable technical assistance.
