# § 3912. GAO report

section 3903 of this title

Not later than 24 months after the effective date of this chapter, the Comptroller General of the United States shall transmit a report to the Congress on the effectiveness of the provisions of this chapter in preventing the importation or exportation of rough diamonds that is prohibited under . The Comptroller General shall include in the report any recommendations on any modifications to this chapter that may be necessary.
