(a) and (b) for delegation of functions by Commissioner and for utilization of services and facilities of other agencies and payment for services in advance or by way of reimbursement, now superseded by , and in subsec. (c) for appointment of advisory committees and for compensation ($75 per day limitation) and travel expenses of members of such advisory committees.
