# § 10101. Definitions

In this chapter:

**(1)** **Foreign person** December 23, 2016

The term “foreign person” has the meaning given that term in section 595.304 of title 31, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on the day before ).

**(2)** **Gross violations of internationally recognized human rights** section 2304(d)(1) of this title
