Section, , , ; , , , directed that, on , unexpended balances of Canal Zone Government appropriations accounts be covered into general fund of Treasury, repealed any appropriations to which expenditures under such accounts had been chargeable before , and authorized Commission to pay claims or make payments chargeable to such accounts.
