# § 4042. Maintenance of Fund

section 18 of the Act of May 24, 192443 Stat. 144

The Secretary of the Treasury shall maintain the special fund known as the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund (hereinafter in this part referred to as the “Fund”), originally created by  ().
