# § 6982. Administrative authorities

In carrying out the programs authorized by , the Secretary of Commerce and the Secretary of Labor (in consultation with the Secretary of State) may utilize any of the authorities contained in the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 [ et seq.] and the Foreign Service Act of 1980 [ et seq.].
