Section, , as added , , ; amended , , , which directed the Secretary of the Interior to accept title to certain lands if such lands were conveyed or otherwise transferred to the United States by or on behalf of the Tribe and provided that such lands would become part of the Tribe’s reservation, was omitted from the Code as being of special and not general application.
